This version of the Protocols is from the 1905 Sergei Nilus book, that in 1921 was translated into English.  This book has been translated into modern American English and footnotes explicitly from Pamela Ayn Austen have been added with a Christian and Biblical view point.  The book in 1921 was entitled: The Jewish Peril: Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, published by "The Britons" 62 Oxford Street, London. 
Many people among the Jewish persuasion denounce the writings of the Protocols as a fraud and forgery. They say that only racists read it or believe in it.  The problem is, everything written in the Protocols has been coming true for over one hundred years, and many Jews today don't try to hide or mitigate that fact, but rather, boast of its fulfillment.  A Jewish futurist named Barbara Marx Hubbard, who died in 2019, boldly confesses herself and others in her group as the Elders of the Protocols, and speaks of its final fulfillment in the immediate future.  As it is, she and her group desire the death of countless people in order to usher in their version of the messiah, or rather, the anti-Christ.
